I came here for the 1st time on April 1 to play what appeared to be a pretty good tourney. 5 starting flights & 150k guaranteed. I show up just as the final flight is about to start and come to find out I have to be put on an alternate wait list of about 40-50 players. Wtf! Apparently I find out they had about a dozen or so dealers call out sick. What a joke. So I waited over 2 hrs to play and then find out there's still 28 players in front of me on the list and no info about whether or not they're getting more dealers. That is absolute ridiculous!! I decided to call ahead to Parx casino which is not that far away & play cash instead. Much much better casino. When I got there & checked in, they called my name within a few mins and I was on a table in no time. Very poor organization on the part of Philly live. I will never come back there again because of that. How do you run a tourney without enough dealers?? BS
