Solid

I like Doug Polk's YouTube channel quite a lot. After going to Texas Card House and hearing more about the Lodge, I decided to check it out. In many ways it was comparable. The Lodge was a bit warmer in terms of literal temperature which I thought was nice. As I always seem to, I went mid day on a week day and got the sense there was a fair mixture of sharks and fish. I got lucky and went up during my 4 hours of cash, but thought honestly I was one of the weaker players at my table. Lodge had much quieter background pop music. What else is there to say? The Art of Poker tournament has a somewhat tolerable structure and Doug was friendly enough - you can check their Facebook pages and website for more about the schedule.
