Tonight I witnessed the floorman Mike make both an atrocious floor decision as well as mistreat the only female poker player in the room.
Professional ability and customer service comprise the entirety of his job description. The fact that he STILL has a job here is a testament to management's failure to operate a proper poker room.
I will not play here again and will tell everyone I know the unbelievable story of what I witnessed Mike do tonight.
