I have been here since opening and have noticed they made some personnel change and things have improved a bit. Player calling list is faster and more efficient. Some new managers and floor sup/lead provide better service. Rory needs demoted just dealing cards period. He acts like a jerk when he is on the floor, did not handle players request in a proper manner and seem favorable towards the ones that he knows. Overall this place is improving but can be much better in order stay competitive with other places.
