Not bad for soft opening. It was a cluster f* registering but to be expected. Once registered, things went very smooth. Very professional and friendly staff willing to help. I believe they were either overwhelmed or just trying to make sure the high rollers were taken care of but I had to ask multiple times to get simple requests answered. For the food my hamburger was dry with no seasoning or flavor. The French fries were terrible frozen skinny sticks. But the drinks were delicious.
I'm sure things will work out for this place. It is so beautiful and classy that it should enforce a dress code. To help promote the Palace I took a hat laying on a table with t shirts that were being given away. The t shirts were plain but the hat is sweet! Look forward to getting another one in a different color the next time I play.
