Sucks I used to play here all the time. Had a couple issues I needed the help of the floor, mainly when someone stole my backpack and he basically told me to go f*** myself and that he isn't responsible for stuff off the table. Which is true he is not but I played there 10 hours a day 6-7 days a week for 2 years. They have made A LOT of money off of me and I needed their help maybe 3 times total and got shot down every time. All that f*** has to do was check the cameras which would take 1 minute of his precious time from standing around on his phone since I gave him a 60 second window of when it could of happened and he straight up told me no and to leave him alone then walked tf away. That was the last straw for me. I live in west palm and and I make the 45 minute drive down south to the isle, hard rock, or coco everyday and I must tell you it's a huge difference in how players get treated. If you live in west palm and want to play, suck it up and make that drive down south!
