Dealers who Cheat by slipping cards from the muck or the deck to favor their friends. Which I personally experienced, after a camera review my money was returned to me. The only consequence to the dealer (JULIA) who clearly cheated to help her friend steel my money, was she was not permitted to deal at any table I was playing on. Another forum of cheating is dealers floor managers and supervisors refusing to enforce the English speaking rules during the hands being played, also players showing their cards to other players before mucking them. When these issues are raised it is brushed of as no big deal, perfectly OK is what I was told by management. Depending on who is cheating will determine what the ruling will be. If you are a friend or a high roller it is fine to do those things. I was also informed by manager that the players were only doing this to throw me of my game and I should just ignore it and stop complaining. The consequence for me continually raising these issues was a 6 month suspension from the Casino. of course management put there own spin on the reason why I got suspended, which is not surprising to me considering their refusal to enforce the fair playing rules. Very Very Very Poor decision making by management. The question that keeps coming to my mind, is it possible to hire people to do a job who cannot make a rational or common-sense decision to follow the clearly stated poker rules that are posted in plain sight for them to read. Which I am sure a kindergarten child could do. Either they are totally incapable to do the job responsibilities or they clearly show and apply favoritism for their friends and justify it by blaming people who complain about it and bar them rather the having to fix the real issues. If you plan on playing poker at Parq keep a close eye on the things I mention above as I don't believe anyone should get scammed out of their money, by a Casino management who refuses to enforce fair play and accepts dealers shadey tactics.
