It's not really a room but it nice enough to play in. Gets pretty loud but the Heart Bar plays decent music. Tables are nice, new felt and racetrack since our last visit.
I tought the tournament players were for the most part skilled enough, some very smart, while a few had no clue. Easy to figure out who's who. The cash game players ranged from tight to "Here just take all my money" One guy at our 1-2 NL table was putt all-in 3 times and called and lost every time. Lucky for me I was one of the players who doubled up off him. If you're tight agressive you can make good money here playing cash.
The staff here are all excellent, the best are Junior, Diana and Wayne the floorman. Get Junior to chat "Free pants, free pants" or "Free shirt, free shirt" and have some fun. Bob the dealer needs to lay off the stories about getting his brakes fixed and focus on the game, also telling players to fold out of turn is not something he should be doing. All in all the staff there are top notch.
Drink service was very good, all very nice and seem to enjoy their jobs.
Wayne is the best, "Free pants, Free pants".
They were giving away a free shirt but it was only for the high hand in the cash games, we got Junior to help out the tourney players and make Wayne included us. So now the free shirt goes to the high hand no matter if you're playing cash or tournament.
