Overall, this is a very good room. All the finishes in the room were new, wall treatments, carpet, tables the whole bit. Some pretty awful Karaoke could be heard from a bar not too far away, but was more of a laughing point than an annoyance. Great location on the casino, immediately to the left when you come in from the Strip, bathrooms are directly across the way so you don' miss much action when you take care of business. When all of the plasma's and additional tables come-in, this will be a must-play room for me when I am in town.
Played 1/2NL for 6 hrs. At a table of 9, there were probably 2-3 TAG locals/regulars, and the rest were tourists that varied in skill. Definitely money here if you just wait for cards, there is enough table turnover that you will probably get action from somebody on your big hands.
All the dealers were extremely friendly and controlled the game well. I can't remember any mistakes in 6 hours of play, and they settled a few string bet situations very well. One difficulty for them is that their tables have a betting line, but it does not play, it is only for decoration apparently. This caused a few problems with people thinking they had not yet placed their bet, but they had a made a motion, anyway, dealers handled it all very well.
Not great, but not terrible. They came around maybe 2-3 times an hour. Usually a half-decent younger girl.
Very friendly, got me into a game quickly, and you could tell they had the players' interests in mind. They were willing to spread any game for anybody as long as there was enough interest.
Not sure, but it's probably the standard $1/hr.
