It's so sad to finally have a room here, and no one knows what they are doing. Every night rules for some and no rules for others. Dealers make floor calls and dealer that don't know what they are doing in or the box.. ridiculous .. and so unprofessional the staff treat you like @#$%.. customer service is out the door.. ran like an underground room.. poorly run, and that is only on manager or owners.. get your @#$% together!
