Poker Rooms of Texas
I want to be able to give all of you specifics about the future of the Poker Room. I just don't have any details.
My legal counsel advised that we close on 11-Sept-2017 while we work with Plano Police to resolve any issues or misconceptions. I don't want to put any of my employees, players, or fellow business owners at risk for misdemeanors or other legal issues. Thus, until things are resolved we are all in an uncertain holding pattern.
I am not sure how quickly the issues will be resolved. I hope to resolve this issue in a couple days, instead of weeks or months. However, I have no definitive time line.
I will keep all of you up to date on the progress of reopening.
