Queen of Hearts Card Club

The queen of hearts poker room has been a safe and nice place to play poker tournaments and cash games for years. The staff is very friendly and professional. The buy ins are affordable. Furthermore, It is also nice that it is connected to a fun bowling alley. The few adjustments I would like to see would be showing appreciation for th players. Perhaps a free pop/water or a slice of pizza would go a long way as opposed to currently nothing at all! I've learned in the customer service business that a little appreciation goes a loooonnng way. :)
