After that incident, I made a conscious effort to lower my voice and avoid further issues. I don’t believe I’m the only one who speaks loudly, so I don’t understand why I’m the only one being told to quiet and there are others who are louder than me, yet they are not being called out.
If there is an issue with my behavior, I believe it would be more appropriate to address it with me privately. As a team leader or pet boss, it is important to speak to players discreetly, rather than calling them out in front of others during a game. And this isn’t the first time he has treated me this way. Maybe he interacts well with others, but with me, it’s different.
I’m willing to listen.
Also, I’m still learning the rules of poker. You’ve been playing for decades, while I’m still trying to get the hang of it. I’m only human — I make mistakes.
