I've been to many poker rooms around the country, and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had as far as professionalism in a poker room. I was very disappointed in the way the game was ran.
Example number 1, the dealer for the life of him could not calculate the correct pot while playing plo.
Example number 2, the dealer was quite literally harassing players and begging for tips, which is very uncomfortable as a player.
Example number 3, the dealer let a player know he can "jam to isolate" while being in the dealer chair, WITHOUT the player asking him if it opened up action. He quite literally influenced action. I was appalled. I don't think I'll find myself spending anymore money with this establishment. They could learn a thing or two about professionalism from their competitors in Westchester and Dayton.
