Art the floor here gave me the most incompetent floor ruling of my life which cost me $1300. I tried to work it out with the room after and gave them a few weeks to do something (anything, even promise he's been educated and it won't happen to someone else) but all I got from him is sort of a smug laugh over the phone. I have never written a bad review of a poker club.. I just don't want anyone else to feel cheated.
