Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D'lberville, MS will have its ribbon cutting ceremony on December 9, 2015. Prior to opening day you can pick up a player card to avoid a long wait in line. I have been in contact with Casino Hostess Jessica McMahon who was very helpful in booking a room for me, as well as obtaining a player card. I have received the same level of player card as at my highest player card level at Island View Casino Resort (a wonderful establishment). Visit their website for further details.
