Went on Sunday and played some 1/2. Tons of action. Chip leader on our table was $1500+ with multiple stacks at $1k deep on a 1/2 game. Room is brand new with nice TVs all around. They are having some sick promotions so if you haven't been there you should definitely check it out.
As far as the location I would agree that it's no more or less sketchy than tch. I would go back again.
