Dealers are good, but operation is unorganized. They only have 2 cashier windows. But usually only 1 is open and it's always backed up. No comps, promotions, high hands etc.. They're not the only game in town so the $30 monthly fee will get old and expensive fast (first month was only $10). Soda are free, but you can only get through waitress. Not sure why they don't have a self-serve machine like other poker rooms in the Dallas area. The room itself is super nice and the chairs are super lux.
