I've decided to update my review because my recent experience shows that more players are wearing their masks properly than in the past. I'm not sure if that's because of a concerted effort from management or if players are simply taking the pandemic more seriously now. Overall I think more measures should have been taken regarding covid-19 but relative to the other options in the metroplex, this room is taking the most precautions.
The games are good and the employees are friendly for the most part. There are definitely some operational issues regarding getting games started, getting people in games quickly, and cashing out quickly but hopefully the room will improve in these areas over time. A few of the floor personnel are outstanding while others have been not so great or friendly.
