This place has the worst tournament director running their tournaments that I have experienced in 50 years of play!
She has a massive narcissistic personality with a loud delivery. She not only makes horrible rulings at the table, she disqualifies players whom defends themselves against her loud humiliating rants!
This place used to have fun tournaments, but hiring this troll was a big mistake. Keeping her to run off the customer / players is a bigger mistake. The atmosphere in these tournaments is atrocious. Every player is horribly afraid to make a mistake due to the public humiliation they must endure at the great pleasure of the troll!
They have players that are allowed to angle, hide chips, and hide cards that are not penalized. When these actions cause another player to play out of turn, the Troll takes great pleasure in not only penalizing them, but publicly humiliates them before the entire poker room!
There is no fair rulings in this tournament, her favorites have no worries while the customers who don't accept her persecution are abused the most!
By the way... when a player stacks all their chips and pushes them "all in " one motion to the line....that is an all in bet in any poker room in the country. If a second player calls the all in, they're not calling out of turn and they don't deserve a penalty or to be DQ from the tournament for disagreeing with the troll!
Tournament participants are down by almost 50% since the troll was put in charge. You would think someone would notice and fix the problem!
