Looks like a nice place. I went in and wanted to play, but there was no one at the front desk to talk to. Even though 4 or 5 people saw me standing there, no one spoke to me or alerted any staff that there was a potential customer at the desk. I hung around for about 20 minutes, but no one even asked why I was there. There were 2 tables in the back with players so there was action. Since this is a fairly new card room under the Austin Card House brand, I expected the same great treatment that I received in Austin when I played there. I guess not Welcome to the RGV. I guess these guys need some completion so they can be a little more concerned about their business. Like I said, it looked like a nice place, but perhaps poor management.
