Let's start with the good. This is a great looking room. Probably visually the nicest looking in town. That's about where the positives end. Honestly it's the least bit important to real players. Shuffle machines are terrible and they have to use the smallest fonted cards in them. Promos are good but gimmicky. Many of the dealers lack table control and don't enforce the rules. Also had a guy in the cage that struggled to count a basic number of chips. Many of the workers that are there are more interested in playing and having a good time than making the customer happy. Waitresses are pretty bad too. No hustle in there. With SA Cardhouse down the street why would you ever play here when they do EVERYTHING better!
