I left after 20 minutes into my first visit after being dealt two different hands containing a marked card. One of the marked cards was a queen, the other an ace. In both cases there were distinct, pencil/pen dots in one corner.
The floor person refused to switch out the deck, claiming on the first occasion that the spots were food, and then stating on the the second occasion "It wasn't in pen." (!?!?)
