I walked in and asked if they were still doing the $20 to play PLO all night. The lady said no, but it is 10% up to $15. That seemed very steep, but I player anyway. An hour or two later, I saw the dealer put 4 red chips ($20) down the rake hatch. I asked him why he took $20. He said thats what it is. I complained that I was told $15. The floor said its $20. I told him the lady said $15 max. He said no she didn't. Then the lady lied and said she told me $15+$2 for a total of $17. I replied that she told me $15, and now she is saying $17, but the floor and dealer are taking $20. Who even takes $20, but the worst of it is being told one thing but doing another. He claimed that she made a mistake. And of course the "mistake" is in the direction of them taking more money. When I said I was going to cash out over the lies and the high rake, I started to rack my chips. But because the floor guy absolutely hated that I was calling out the lie and the $20 for all the players to be informed about it, he started yelling at me angrily and took the chips from my stack and started racking them for me. He was so mad. After cashing out, I told him no hard feelings. However, I did want to write this review so you all can have this information to make a choice thats right for you.
