After initially being disappointed to hear about this rooms lousy rake and rocky start I crossed it off my list of potential rooms to play at. Then came the news of lowering the rake and I decided to give it a shot. Here are my honest impressions of the room. The PROs are: good game selection/stakes, plenty of action, nice surrounding amenities, decent point/comp rate, varied nearby food/drink options and clean bathrooms. The CONs are: awkward tables, broken card shufflers on some tables, cheap feeling chips and the fact that they allow button straddles. On the night I went, the room and dealers both seemed to run fine. I know many have complained about this but I personally didn't witness it. That being said, I had a good time while there. I will definitely return. If they find a way to improve the tables, chips and refine the promos this room can easily be a strong contender in this area. Luckily alot of these issues are easily fixable. Many of the dealers I spoke to already mentioned new tables were possibly in the works. If they do that and make sure the shufflers work, this room could be a gem.
