tough start, but not all is bad

okay i wanted to give an honest review of the room once i had a chance to play there a few times.
1- I don’t like how the room is open to the slots, way to loud.
2-the race track style with the slippery marble and recessed cut holders are awful. makes it hard to pick up chips or cards from the marble.
3-the chips are cheep and hard to handle.
4-the felt shouldn’t match the chips, multiple times dealers missed a chip when pulling in all bets to the pot.
5-the progressive is not meant for poker players, just slows down the game. It takes money off the table and out of play. It slows the dealers down and kills the amount of hands played in an hour.
6-the wait staff is a little to pushy, while i was in a big pot (over $1,100) the waitress kept bothering a player if he wanted another carina as he was trying to decide if he was going to call my all in. players and dealer says three times he is in a dug hand please wait, she kept saying i know you hear me answer me now.
7-there card shufflers all appear to be new and working great
8-the dealers are all very nice, mistakes might happen because if things beyond there control but they are all very nice.
9-the rake is high and add that in with the progressive there is a lot of money being taken off the table every hand.
10-they are taking promo money but not always offering one.
11-i like the 1-3 option and i think the 2-5 would be great if they added in a match stack option to it of up to 4k.
12-I have seen a number of players i know have been tossed out of most other rooms in NH there. they are trying to pull the same old BS that got them banned from other rooms. if you play enough in NH you will know them when you see them.
