I would rate the Room as good or above average for a big room. It is head and shoulders above the average poker room but on par with other high end casinos. Very good Tournament structure. for a daily tournament. We had over 160 players on a Friday Noon tournament. Buy in was a flat $150.
Good mix of tourists wanting to play poker and the wanna be pros that are pretty good
No complaints about dealers. Only saw one flipped card in 9 hours of tournament play.
Took a very long time to get drinks even when I tipped in advance.
Management was very helpful to customers questions and did not seem annoyed by them as many are in other places.
Don't really know how their comps work.
