Overall a very good staff but high rake and action progressively got worse...
At one time this was a premier poker room in Las Vegas but by now that's ancient history I'm talking early 2010s here...
Food is world class although pricey...
I'm a major ladies man and I will give credit where credit is due the best single night of my life began here at the Grand Lux Cafe... THANK YOU!
I took many of my finest women here over the years...if you wanna impress a woman take her out to eat at a restaurant here you'll be glad you did...
Whatever I tipped at these restaurants it wasn't enough.
Absolutely world class dining here ..
Dealers are absolutely world class all-stars...
Floor is tremendous
Rake increased, 8 handed was ten handed at one time.
Action by Vegas standards is horrible...
If you have access to a time machine go back and play here in 2006-2015 if not don't bother it went to heck in a handbasket slowly but surely...
They used to have a great Omaha crowd here but they ran them all out
(I don't know why they hate Omaha players)
Someone at the very top always hamstrung this room from staying the way it once was I don't know who.....
Staff is highly professional and respectful... Many Legendary players including the great Doyle Brunson played here at one time or another...
World class room, but not a great place to earn a living anymore unfortunately.
