They want to become the biggest poker room in Vegas but I really doubt it.
The dealers are so bad. Once the dealer pushed the pot to the losing player. We stopped him but he seemed to not care, did not even say sorry like nothing happened at all.
The other dealer is even worse. I put $300 when she was shuffling but she did not change it into chips nor announce it. When I asked her, she said they did not sell chips on table. This is ok. She shouted but no chip runner coming at all. But next hand she suddenly announced my $300 was in play and change it into chips. This is really controversial and unacceptable.
I talked to the floor person and he just tried to fool me saying he would talk to the dealer. I don't think he will do anything to improve the situation. With these poor management and unqualified dealers I don't think it is a good place to play poker. More poker tables will not attract more players. They used to try to compete with wsop tournaments but failed. Some dealers at wsop are not good because that is only a temporary job for 50 days. It is hard to find enough qualified dealers who will only work for 50 days a year. But Venetian cash dealers work all year round. They're supposed to be good but actually they're not.
I prefer other good poker rooms like Wynn, Bellagio and Aria. Venetian absolutely is not recommended.
