My wife and I have taken 13 cruises and we love tournament poker. This cruise has been a s**t show since go. We started with a 2 hour embarkation process without anyone telling us what was going on. Then they didn't announce a time change even though phones updated to the island time. Most tournaments were delayed due to late departures. The worst was we paid more than 5k to play in tournaments and on 3 nights we were turned away from every restaurant because they claimed we needed a voucher that we were in a current tournament. They said we could come back after 8pm, but we are hungry at 5:30. I urge you to stay away from this as we complained and management had no compromise.
