Very nice room. A little intimidating the first time you play but not at all after you settle in. Good placement on the TVs. Nice vibe overall. Good location as well, particularly if you are staying at the Wynn. Not far from the elevators.
While I have basically broken even at the Wynn...and I'm basically a break even player, I have actually found the competition at $1/$3 NLHE with a max $500 buy-in at the Wynn to be similar to $1/$2 with a $200 max buy-in at the Bellagio. The $1/$2 NLHE games at the Venetian have always been tougher for me.
Dealers are polite, competent, and keep things moving. Minimal errors. Pleasant but don't talk more than they should.
For the most part, they came around with appropriate frequency. My orders were always correct. Easy on the eyes.
I have to score them down on my recent trip. They seemed somewhat disinterested in the cash games and focused on the tournament. I could never get the floor to bring me chips and the dealer didn't have enough to provide me with them. I had to buy a hundred in chips from another player and then play cash.
