Position Summary:
As Product Manager, you will work closely with the executive and engineering teams to define and prioritize product roadmap and new feature/functionality initiatives for our PokerAtlas® and TableCaptain® products. You will also play a key role in contributing to our overarching efforts of innovation and deepening the integration between our products and platforms for increased utility, transactional and data capture capabilities. This position will ideally be based in our Las Vegas office, but we will consider a remote position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage the execution of product roadmaps and ongoing improvements to our PokerAtlas® and TableCaptain® products
● Work independently and with other stakeholders to create detailed requirements documents, feature prioritization and phased product release plans
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support
● Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs
● Write clear and concise product specifications and user stories
● Ensure product quality and user satisfaction through rigorous testing and user feedback
● Create and maintain internal and external technical, instructional and product documentation
● Define and analyze metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
● 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
● Significant experience designing user-centric documentation including user flows and wireframes
● Proficient with product development planning tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, etc.
● Understanding of B2B & B2C web and mobile front-end and back-end technologies
● Strong understanding of agile and waterfall software development methodologies
● Passion for poker and/or the gaming industry
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, with a willingness to occasional travel requirements.
● Experience planning greenfield product releases

● Experience in e-commerce, payments, or online reservations is a huge plus
