We are seeking a passionate and experienced Live Event Operations Manager to lead the successful implementation of our PokerAtlas TOUR and other live poker events, ensuring high-quality execution and memorable experiences for our partners and participants alike. As our Live Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live poker events, from planning and coordination to on-site execution. This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves to travel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of poker event logistics, a proven track record of successful event management, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

* Work diligently with internal and external teams to plan, coordinate, administer and oversee PokerAtlas TOUR events

* Develop comprehensive event timelines and manage logistics for pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities and efforts

* Act as a liaison between partners, sponsors and vendors to ensure successful implementation of budgets, timelines, commitments and related logistics

* Lead efforts for procurement of merchandise, signage, marketing materials, trophies, catering, and other items as needed to execute successful events

* Manage any and all Gaming Commission approval processes as needed

* Assist with staffing and coordination for event live reporting and media coverage

* Coordinate travel and hotel bookings as needed

* Oversee and assist with Social Media and other marketing efforts before, during and after events

* Maintain all documentation and archives of event schedules, participants, waivers, results, budgets, etc.

* Log all feedback from partners, participants, teammates, followers, sponsors, etc., for continual evaluation and improvement of PokerAtlas TOUR success.

* Assist with contracts, regulatory approvals, licensing, invoicing and other administrative items as needed

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

* Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable

* Significant event or project management experience in Poker, Gaming, Entertainment, Conventions or similar

* Willingness to travel (often extensively) and work non-conventional hours during the setup, running and teardown of events

* Customer-service oriented with ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations

* Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task successfully and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience in utilizing social media platforms and online marketing tools

* Experience in graphic design, photo & video editing software is highly desirable

* Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures is beneficial, but not required
