I know that this is an ongoing and fluid situation but I saw a article on a local cable channel about the certificate of occupancy/ or permit has been terminated. How can the City of Dallas reneg on its previous grant to open doors?

In my opinion if TCH got a SUP permit to invest and build a Card House it cannot be revoked. Thanks.
