Does anyone know of a good offline app (Android, IOS or desktop/web) to play Open-face Chinese Poker against computer opponents?

I have tried an Android one from Gazilla but it sometimes evaluates hands incorrectly.

    There's one from The Golden Club that's good too. It's just Open Face Chinese Poker.
