Summer Series Daily Event Advice

I'll be in Vegas the week of June 23rd and am planning on playing a bunch of summer series daily events. The tournaments offered by PH, Aria, Wynn, and the WSOP (side events) seem pretty comparable and I am wondering if the field strength varies much among venues or if there are any other ways to decide which to play. I'll list the basic parameters here for reference.

WSOP $235 15,000 30 min levels
PH $200 15,000 30 min levels 25K guarantee
Aria $235 12,000 30 min levels
Wynn $300 12,000 30 min levels 30K guarantee

Also I am thinking about taking a shot at the Venetian Event #44 $1,100 buy in, 400K guaranteed, 40/60 min levels 15,000 in chips, 3 day event. Any thoughts on this as a first big buy in event? This seem like more play than the WSOP 1000 or 1500 events, albeit with no bracelet.

  1. The main difference in the listed daily tournaments is number of entries. The WSOP $235 at 3:00 pm will have well over 1000 entries. This makes for a much larger prize pool with larger and more payouts.

  2. I'd def go with the wsop deepstacks. I also refuse to play at Venetian because they are trying to ban online poker. Aria and Wynn are my other favorites but you can't beat the wsop payouts!!

  3. The $235 WSOP Deepstacks getting 1200 to 1400 most days. So, biggest fields and biggest payouts, probably the way to go.
