Time limit poker tournaments
Are there any time limit poker tournaments now in LV. Ie tournament has normal progressions, but ends at the end of two or three hours. I enjoy tourneys, but don't like committing 5-6 hours to one.
Thanks

I haven't heard of anything like this.....with the exception that players frequently decide to end tournaments early and split the payout money based on their chipcounts. Anyone else?
If anyone knows about whether these happen in Vegas, it would be Mr RobVegasPoker!
Thanks this is very helpful
@robvegaspoker Do they get many runners for that survivor tournament? Buy in? Payout? Sorry, I know a bit lazy not to just look it up.. Somewhere. Lol. Sounds right up my alley tbh.
@robvegaspoker cool. Thanks for the info. Could very well be one to play for me. :)
How about we let the people who want to play tournaments play tournaments---and let people who want to play cash games play cash games----instead of diluting the tournaments by making up all of these gimmicks to disguise cash games as tournaments?
@pokervane I know what u mean and why do they have to create all these different kinds of poker as well? Stud, horse, Omaha, hold em. It's ridiculous. Same with sports, when you invent one game with a ball, why try anything else? Yep.... Completely agree. Nice one. Lol.
I thought the TI Tourney WAS a thinly disguised timed cash game and didn't appeal to me.
I think now they have the best set of tourneys at that price point on the strip.
I do understand the appeal of the survivor which is quite different from playing cash. People like playing multi table satellites so why not this? It's not really my thing but I get it
@zourah Survivor "tournaments" are like sex with no chance of orgasm.
@pokervane :-)
Personally, I'm not a fan but it's something that is unique and not offered in another tourney or cash game
