If you're asking where the easiest games are, nobody knows. There are different people coming in and out of town all the time so how can anyone possibly know where the biggest fish will be?
Just play wherever you want, switch tables or rooms if you don't like the table, and try different rooms for yourself because everyone has a different opinion. There is no evidence that a room with the softest games exists. People can only speculate, and I think there is a lot of wishful thinking in the idea that there is a softest room.
Do you want $2 an hour comps instead of $1 an hour? Try Venetian, Bellagio, Aria, Wynn, Caesars Palace, Mirage, or Luxor.
Do you want a room with no jackpot drop? Try Bellagio, Aria, Wynn and Venetian.
Do you prefer promotions? Don't try the rooms I just mentioned. MGM offers drawings and a freeroll. Mandalay Bay offers big payouts for high hands on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Mirage has a small bad beat jackpot and payouts for high hands. Other rooms offer their own promotions.
One thing about promotions though: You do have to pay for them with the jackpot drop. I'm almost amazed at players that get upset when they play in a room and discover there are no promotions. They seem to think promotions are free. You may already know this and think its super obvious though. I'm just saying it in case you don't (and personally I'm not a fan of promotions).

Thanks Steve for your comments, had a really good trip, played most of my time in Bellagio although not a great winner come back a better player.

Mirage, MGM, Venetian, Orleans are all good places to play.
