Started out Halloween night partying with friends that moved to Vegas about a year ago. Bad move got drunk at Four Queens and either lost or was pocketed the 1800 dollar roll I was carrying. I was so depressed that Wanted to get on a plane and head home. Still had another six in the room and a friend spotted another five to me. This was a great help but still didnt feel comfortable playing NL when almost half my roll is someonelses so i stuck to 3/6 limit. Played about 10 hours thurs at the nugget finished 30 up but not bad considering everyone stays with suited 1 2 and 3 gappers chasing high hand jackpots. Friday started about 2pm at Binions playing 3/6 I was up around a hundred when everyone at the table split to a new 4/8 table, except myself and an older local man who had profressed interest in switching to an omaha game I agreed and the dealer called the floor for approval. We settled on omaha8 2/4 with a full kill on a hogger pot 30 or more. this was a great game with lots of action that I was up and down for hours. One memorable hand I was holding JhJs9s8s and the board on the turn was KsQh10sJc the action was capped on this kill hand with five people in for forty each. the river brough my miracle card the Qs but didnt even need the straight flush Jacks full was good enough to scope the 280 pot. THe best was that everyone checked the river so I bet and all called because of size of the pot. Other hands included three broadways and tens full. Think that may just be largest pot I've ever scooped in a low limit game. Finished up 330 for a 32 hour sesion. Sunday played 3/6 started with 100 and was up to 300 when it all went down hill. A villain from jersey playing ATC was killin everyone one hand i remember in particular I held pocket Kings and flopped a set he stayed with me till the end and raised the river with three clubs on board. I folded my kings face up and told him nice flush when he proudly displays his 7c2c, oh well have to think hes a losing player in the long run. Overall had a good time met many nice people and I am looking forward to coming back in Jan. or Feb. and definitely for the circuit in April. Good Luck all
