Best dealers in town
I went with my BF who's a pro to the GVR poker room to check it out. The entire time I was there, the dealers did not make a single mistake and were just super personable.
Another great place with good dealers was Bally's. It's a noisy, small room but those dealers have been there a long long time and move the game right along and again, got the pots right and were super nice.
My favorite daily tournament was the Venetian for the blind structure.
The most fun tournament was the Red Rock. I really like the small percentage that's taken off the top of your buy in.

Venetian has one of the best tourn. structures in town (especially the Deep Stack events coming up)...will have to check out RR tourn. Do you know what time?
Rooms where you have strong dealers include:
Wynn, TI, Bellagio, MGM, and I think the Venetian has come a long way. I think the key element in having good dealers is if the room spreads a lot of games, and that is the one thing these rooms have in common (Other than MGM)- they are not one trick ponies.... Of course they should not make mistakes either.....
