After leaving the Mirage with a full belly and a need to win some cash, I head toward Bills. I get a text that my Bro is at the Flamingo. On my way there, I check out O'Sheas poker games, and there is 1 table out front with a wait, but it looks fun, and I may circle back. I meet my Bro and SIL at Flamingo, and promptly lose 100.00 again a LIR. My SIL hits a full house, and my Bro hits 2 straights. Shitty game. I go back to the Poker room and again play some 2/4, and the room is kind of blah. NO vibe, no action. I lose 1900.00 here, and decide to move on....While walking through the Flamingo, I find the Party Pit...with girls in next to nothing dealing -Ev games. I am in heaven....I actually ask the Roulette "croupier" if this was heaven. She says nothing, but turns around and wiggles her teeny tiny ass at me....I get a look and a high five from some guy from Texas...I lock up a stool, and let the spining begin. The Newcastles are flowing, the numbers are hitting, and I am up 200.00, all while a half nekked girl flirts and giggles beside me. Life is...very very good.

I head out, checking Bills room...uit has 1 table going, and the "felt" looks like wood paneling on the table. I hit the shuttle home, and head to bed around 5, playing some pit games, and a few spins on the Sex and the City Machines.

This is checkout day. I hit the buffet, pack, and check the luggage. I shuttle to Bills, and then walk to MGM. My flight is at 10:15PM so I have time. Do some more shopping for the kids, and then hit the "beginners" NL game that is just starting up. I am sitting between 3 guys from St Louis, and we are having a great time chatting football and hockey. I bust there balls because one of them always min raised to 2. I call it the weak St louis move, and they have a chuckle. I am down 2 buy ins, when a guy is sent to our table. There are 2 seats open, and we try to prop bet whech seat the guy is going to take, and the floor shuts us down, as there is no prop betting allowed.....

Anyway, the guys sits, and you can tell he is there to have fun. He is raising blind, and laughing and drinking. We hear the dealer say he took 700 and the 1/2 game, and is just waiting for some buddies. He tells us he is from "Northern Europe" when we try to guess his accent. He fakes offence when we guess any country but his...LOL. He is from Denmark, and the dealer tells us that he actually won a WPT event in season 2. Not sure if true or not. Still was fun. One hand to mention here. I am on my 3rd rebuy and it is getting close to me having to head back. I gut dealt Q9h on the button, and with 4 limpers, I raise to 8. 2 callers, and repopped to 20. All 4 off us call, 5 in the pot. I am really just trying to hit gin, or head home with my tail between my legs. Flop is 210K rainbow. 2 of the players are alreay all in, and Denmark goes all in, and I have about 25 behind, and call with my gutshot. player 5 folds. I miss the gutshot and Denmark shows a set of 2's to scoop the pot. I head back the Bills to Shuttle back to the Gold Coast.

The Flight is unremarkable, aside from being overbooked by 12 people. They are offereing a free night at Ballys, a free round trip airfare, free shuttle to and from the airport, and a 50.00 food credit to any one that will give up the seat. I have commitments at home with my kids for the next morning, so I can't...but that would have been a sweet excuse for a quick bounce back.

All in all, I was down for the trip, but man was it fun. I never really though I could have so much fun losing...LOL

Some observastions to close:

Gold Coast is a great value, and picked up Thurs/Fri, but the poker room is dead.

Palms has a great graveyard shift in the poker room, and is a fun place.

Bellagio still sucks...just no vibe there.

Mirage is still my favourite room to play. The pots in the 3/6 game got massive it times. Good dealers (one lady from Buffalo was awesome, and very friendly) Chris runs a great room. No bonuses hit while I was there. My only complaint to him was not haveing a regulat 4/8 kill game. Love the Carnegie deli also for your comp dollars!

O'Sheas is a fun place.

Flamingo might be heaven on earth. (the party pit anyway.) Poker room is Meh

Freemont Street is a must see one time. People watching is the best

Bellagio buffet is the shit....love it!

MGM Beginner game had NO beginners in it.
