I was checking out the casinos with poker rooms to decide where I'm going to be staying when I come back to Vegas this summer, and I came across this package being offered at the Golden Nugget. Rooms there normally start at $69 and go up from there, but you can get a package for $129 a night plus tax. That will cover a standard room AND the $60 buyin to one of their three tournaments a day. The buyin is $60 for $2000 chips, you're allowed one rebuy for $40 during the first hour for $1500 in chips, and you can add-on at the end of the first hour for $40 for another $1500 in chips. The tournaments are at 11am, 7pm, and 1am. Nice idea for a guy like me who wants to have everything taken care of so I can concentrate on taking everyone else's money...*evil grin*.
