I arrived late night of 9/23. Played a little BJ with my wife before bidding her a goodnight and headed to the Bellagio. I know there were tournaments going on out of town, but the Bellagio was a bit dead for a Friday night. I pretty quickly got seated in a 30-60 game. Not too much happened early on. I was down some and up some. Two friends were in the game and then 2 more of their friends came to the game. One was talking about turning $100 into $3800 at the BJ tables. So the other two guys took a seat. A fews hands into it one of the original guys bust out. Then a few more hands later after the turn was dealt and just the two new friend were in the hand one of them flashed the other his hand. Basically telling the guy to not call him. Well this pissed off a few of the pros at the table and they took a walk. We almost lost the table, but we played 5-6 handed for a round. I did will during that time. I ended the session up $415.

I came back to the Bellagio on Saturday morning after about 2 hours of sleep. I got back into another 30-60 game. It wasn't as colorful, but still fun. I ended that session up $124.

I had some free time later in the afternoon on Saturday, so I decided to see what the Monte Carlo's poker room was like. I got into a NL 1/2 min $100 max $200 game. Man playing at that level after playing 30-60 is almost like playing with play money. I was doing fine in the game when I was dealt 9Td in a MP position. I called the BB. The button raises to $15. The BB calls as does 2 early players. So I call as well. The flop comes QJ4 with two clubs. It is checked around to the button who bets $25. The BB calls and I call as well. The turn is a beautiful 8. I check it and the button bets $50. I push allin for $140 more. The button calls as does the BB. The BB could not match my bet so there was $190 in a side pot. The river was the K of clubs. We flip them and the BB has a flush with the 76 of clubs. I beat the button's pocket AA for the side pot. I end up $33 for the session. It should have been more.

On Sunday I make it over to the Wynn and get on the lists. They try starting a 30-60 game, but it would not go and I end up at a new NL 2/5 game with no max buyin. I was holding my own in the game. I had busted one guy when I flopped a set with 55. Then I get JTd and I limp for $5. A late position player makes it $25. 4 or 5 of us call. The flop comes 985 all diamonds. I check. The raiser bets $100. I make it $350 all day. He thinks about it forever and finally raises the rest he has which was like $71. I of course call. The turn and river are blanks and I win the hand. He had the Ace of diamonds. I did have the potential to bust another player when I had AA and the flop came 445. The turn was a 4. The river was an A. He held JJ. If the ace doesn't come on the river I probably bust him. I ended up that session up $1235. The Wynn was a nice room. I can see moving some of my play there.
