Vegas trip September - october 3. Got in late thursday night and I got a killer sinas headache. Dinner and layed down for a few hours. Staying at Flamingo, so went to poker room to get in some 1-2 nl. confussion with management running list. Went over to Bill's to play in 30$ tourney. BIG mistake, 12 all ins first 15 hands only 18 in tourney. A lot of crazy all ins. lasted an hour nothing special out kickered. Back to Flamingo got in 1-2 nl. Same crazy shit. One hand I have ak raise to 11$. 5 callers. flop 3aj no flush draws. I make it 20$. 3 callers, turn k. I make it 40$, guy calls. river a 4. Don't like vibe so i check he has a set of 4s. WTF who calls that all the way down. Players calling everything down and chasing straights and flushes. Good first couple times then started getting rivered and runner runnered. Lesson day one stay away from low nl and low $ tourney big disregard for poker.
Day one less then 5 hours down 200$

Get up play a little BJ win 100$. Go to Flamingo poker room for morning tourney. Got shit cards and when I did could not get rid of chasser and slowley got killed. Head over to ceaser's 12pm tourney. I really like Ceaser's poker room. 80 players, some good some bad. One guy was god awefull and he manged to keep getting cards. I managed to call him and get paid good a couple of times. Got out kicked again nothing special but out at 15th out of 80 top 9 paid. Back to Flamingo and hit pool with wife. Hit craps at pool for 200$. Dinner and tore craps up again this time for 700$. Bed at 1am because 7 am tee times for some golf.
Day 2 up about 700 for that day

Golf small nap then some football. Played some 1-2 nl at Flamingo. I got ak raise to 11$ 5 callers. flop 10jq. guy bets 30$ I raise up to 100$ he calls turn 3 I bet 60 he calls. river 7 I check he bets 60$ I make it 120$ he calls. he has pockect 99 woowee on the right side of bad play. I get qq few hands later. I make 11$ 2 callers. flop 6=2-10. I bet 30 one caller turn 7 I bet 50 he calls. river is 4 I bet 40 he raises to 80 wtf. he called all that with shit and got runner runner for a straight he had 8=5 in his hand. Went to new margarittaville casino hit craps for 500$. had dinner and hit craps again for 1100$. Nebraska killed my football parleys.
Day 3 up about 1400$

Sunday got games bet, go to Famingo poker room no morning tourney. I head to ventian for 12pm tourney. Sign up for 150$ tourney. I have an hour to kill so some bj i hit for 100. My number one rule- never play slots. Well put a 20 first roll lights go off I hit for 1100. Still hate them. Tourney starts some really good players and some bad. No cards then I catch fire big time. 2 hours in guy next me is really good local. He pushes all in for 16k. I have kq hearts. I have him on aa or kk. About to fold then I talk myself into calling. stupid stupid. I call he has ak he wins 2/3 of my chips. I end up 12th out of 70. play for 7 hours and get nothing top 9 again. I really like ventian poker room big thumbs up.
Go to comedy show and get ass kicked in every thing I touch.
Day 4 up about 700$
Came home ahead and we lived it up.
I think playing against better players is much more fun. I would of played more poker but buddie came in from zona. We like to roll in craps. I always try to stay in the Harrah's group but they are getting cheap. Ventian has fell that I could play poker for 12 hours a day.
