In a full table you should be folding off suit connectors from early and middle position. You should be open raising off suit connectors from late position. If there is a raise in front of you and you are in early or middle position you should mostly fold off suit connectors. In late position you should mostly fold, but also mix in some three bets with these hands for balance. When playing very deep against weaker opponents who overplay one pair hands you can consider calling a raise with offsuit connectors in position. Hope that helps.
