Heads up

To start off, this place is only in businesses because of the hotel. Cash is absolutely depressing
why does anyone want to walk in and see one table that has 5 house players sitting in it.
Every tournament overlays shows how much no one values this place anymore.
Food is overpriced and mediocre
The staff is another main problem starting off with the ceo Issac he has no knowledge of how to run or improve a poker room he puts more effort into his weekly chess club he’s just a face for a company.
When I visited I encountered a floor called Dale stuck up and very sassy
He sat me down and upon minutes of playing with props that folded there life away.
A floor call was needed Dale was nowhere to be found & anyway the way he ruled it was so unfair and poorly executed. And that’s when I left. He’s too busy having a girls chat with the front desk receptionist. Terrible.
Also this room is just very “nice looking “but everything else is terrible it’s ran by the so called boss her name is April she has no idea what’s going on in this room she’s never present when I’ve attended and listens to the floors by word of mouth and they have no player appreciation & the customers definitely have no priority, Also beware of having a drink or two this place loves to ban players for being “loud” of any sort, they forget this is a poker room not a library.
Dealers also mess up games , and have no control Hispanic dealer dude i don’t know his name but always misdealing always talking and rooting for players while dealing. Will celebrate a players win just to get a bigger tip, not professional or no etiquette.
The biggest game I have played here is 1/3 ROE and it’s been filled by house players who hit and run every 20 minutes, as they get up and walk away. Overall this hotel/ social club is very high end looking and that’s about it, had potential about a year ago and now every time I visit there’s one table to about to get one table started. Save yourself the drive in the headache. There’s plenty of rooms with better action and bigger stacks within a 5 /10 mile radius around you. This place has bigger problems than just the Cash games. It also has a lot to do with staff ,management etc, and last but not least zero action here nothing but nits. Save your time
