Venetian is my favorite venue to play in Vegas. Today, moving from table to table, 3 $100 chips inadvertently fell to the floor and when I arrived at my table I panicked that they had disappeared. I walked up to the floor and she said that one of the dealers had reported 3 lost black chips. After a quick video review, they returned me my chips. Kudos to them for their great service and business practices !
