World class room and flawless in every aspect.
Competition: recommended to be a competent reg to play here on a regular basis, even at 1/3. 1/3 can be reg heavy (a couple are solid, the rest are nits and a waste of space). The environment tends to attract the grinders. Half of the table will be as such, the other half are spewy tourists. Pick your spots. You need to outplay the regs or at least handle your own vs. them. Most players are ok with losing as they can probably afford the deep buy in and/or staying at the beautiful hotel. 2/5 even more so, and change that to only one or two spewy players that have some idea how to play. Wynn 2/5+ games are notorious to be the toughest in town by far, so if you want to strictly win money, I wouldn't recommend those stakes.
Promos: none, but it does have the invisible "best" promo, $5 rake, the lowest in town. Impressive as they probably know they're the fanciest place and could probably charge up to $7. Another example of valuing their customers and paying attention down to the very last detail.
Comps: $1.50/hr is kind of low for pricy food, but it is what it is. They did upgrade the comp system and you can now use it at most if not all restaurants as well as some stores, box office, and rooms. A very nice bonus.
Dealers: you can tell that some are new but that's fine. Day 1 dealers excel at their craft and most are professional and don't make many mistakes.
Food & Drink: friendly food runners, great food, gorgeous waitresses, watermelon juice! A couple of the waitresses do have an entitlement thing going on and don't say thanks when tipped. I wouldn't put much thought into it as positively focusing on the game is more important. Other than that, the good ones outweigh the bad.
Management: very well run room. I don't really play tournaments but to my knowledge they have reasonably low rake and good structure. This place deserves to host the WPT.
Misc: most aesthetically pleasing room by far IMO. Bright and colors that don't clash. Looks like the new Venetian room copied the color scheme, which isn't a bad thing at all. Nice poker-themed wall decor and beautiful gold and marble accents. Quick and friendly cashiers. Poker Atlas is a nice upgrade and you have two hours to arrive. Beautiful chips. Bathroom inside of the room. Short walk from Wynn parking bridge to the room. They'll also validate your parking ticket with four hours of play. There's really no reason to play anywhere else!
