As a regular visitor (from CA) to ARIA in the past, I always looked forward to playing ARIA poker. Just spent four days there. WOW, the room has changed. New manager, new poker host, new shift managers, new tournament people and too many floor people, most of whom, don’t seem to understand customer care. Dealer attitudes appear to be poor. Only one food service person, who also is the chip runner and very slow cocktail service. The comps are still good, but the selection of restaurants for usage is very poor. Poor turnout for the tournaments (day and evening) and a TD who also does not seem to care for what he is doing. The tables are small for ten handed tournaments and no cup holders.
The place reminds me of Bellagio from the past. The friendly and “happy” atmosphere has changed since my last visit in July. Next trip will be staying at The Venetian. Thumbs down to ARIA.
