I almost fave the room quality excellent, but the tables are packed in a little too tight. Other than that (and the lack of cup holders on the table) the room is great. The decor, cleanliness, position in the casino are all great.
The 1/3 game was pretty typical of a good room. A few solid (aka good) players, but most are average. I only played there for 7 hours at two tables, so my experience is limited.
I didn't see a single mistake, or even a delay. They were personable, fast, and accurate.
Plenty of servers and they seemed willing to bring whatever libation you wanted including top shelf liquor.
The list was well managed. Table transfers were pretty speedy. I didn't see any issues that required management intervention, so again my experience is limited.
No jackpots. I'm of mixed feeling on this. I prefer to not have a jackpot rake; but I prefer to play against players who love a jackpot. So either way works for me. Comps seemed good a $2/hr.
